We are seeking a Multimedia Marketing Specialist in our Charlevoix location to join the Marketing Team for our family of brands, including High Format, Manthei Supply, Manthei Construction, and more. In this role, you will work together with the team to develop brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, executing marketing strategies that elevate and align with each brand's presence in the marketplace.
High Format is a growing brand with two production plants, offering landscape products to a dealer network spanning Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, as well as northern parts of Indiana and Illinois.
Manthei Supply is a leading landscape supply resource to contractors, designers, and homeowners in Northern Michigan. With stores in Charlevoix and Traverse City, we offer a vast selection of unique products supported by premium showrooms, stocked yards, and a knowledgeable team.
Manthei Construction is a premier heavy construction company located in Charlevoix, MI, focusing on site development and underground systems. For over 50 years, Manthei Construction has been instrumental in the development of communities and infrastructure throughout Northern Michigan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to develop digital content strategies across social media platforms for each brand
- Craft compelling web pages and experiences aligned with marketing and SEO goals
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) and paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, etc)
- Shoot and produce high-quality photography and video for product, jobsites, interviews, hiring, and events
- Craft engaging narratives, scripts, and storyboards that capture brand identity across video and multimedia content
- Color grading, video editing, motion graphics, and audio mixing
- Assist with developing educational content
- Promote and support events
- Special projects for the larger Manthei Group and brands as needed
- Some travel and lifting will be required for activities such as photo shoots and events
- Perform other marketing duties as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, design, or a related field
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop
- Experience with editing and producing photography and video projects
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing, paid ad campaigns, and campaign execution
- Experience in web development and maintenance
- Experience with marketing and content management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Wix, MailChimp)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
Preferred Characteristics
- Able to work as part of a team on multiple projects
- Self-motivated with time management skills
- Hands-on and willing to dig in to accomplish projects and tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the landscape and construction industry is helpful, but not required
