Multi-Modality Technologist Full-Time Days Position Summary
Position Summary
Under minimal supervision, performs complex diagnostic imaging procedures in at least two modalities, as requested by a licensed physician.
- Produces high quality images in a safe and efficient manner. Completes required exams; sends studies to reading station for radiologist review, completes all associated documentation.
- Produces high quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care
- Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program, CT registry eligible
- Experience:
- 2 years clinical experience in more than one modality.
- ARRT CT registry eligible required
- Licensure/Certification:
- ARRT ( R ) and documentation of CT experience
- Must obtain advance credential in CT within one year of hire.
- BLS; state license is required
