Multiplatform User Support Technician

About the role

What you'll do

• On-site and remote support to users in Windows 10/11, macOS and Linux (Ubuntu or Debian, at an advanced user level).
• Installation and layout of workstations, replacement of equipment with data and profile migration, peripherals and network printers.
• Office suites: Microsoft Office 2016/2024 and LibreOffice; IMAP/SMTP and webmail email clients; Adobe.
• VoIP Telephony: configuration and replacement of SIP terminals.
• Ticketing tools (GLPI, OTRS, Jira Service Management or other): registration, classification and documented closure.
• Hardware: diagnosis, assembly and component replacement.

Requirements

• Experience: minimum 4.5 years in user support (Service Desk or microcomputing), preferably in the public sector, university or research centers.
• Languages: B1 English is valued.
• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
• Experience with Windows, Linux and macOS.
• ENS training certificate (or commitment to obtain it before starting).
• Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation is valued.
