- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web and mobile solutions tailored to the financial sector.
- Contribute to platform design and architecture, whether building modern insurance platforms, real-time fintech applications, or enterprise-scale banking interfaces.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conducting technical feasibility analyses to executing test cases for product quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment (for senior roles).
- Uphold strict software quality standards by actively participating in code reviews and driving process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/IT, with a strong foundation in modern web architecture.
- Solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with a firm grasp of software engineering best practices (clean code, Git, testing, web security).
- Full Stack Developer (Insurance) | Up to 9K: 3+ years of software development experience. Hands-on expertise with Angular.js or React.js, React Native, and Java.
- Full Stack Developer (Fintech) | Up to 15K: 4+ years of software development experience. Strong backend and frontend focus using React.js and Node.js.
- Frontend Developer (Banking) | Up to 15K: 6+ years of software development experience. Deep technical proficiency and architectural understanding of React.js.
- Frontend Developer (Banking) | Up to 15K: 7+ years of software development experience. Deep technical proficiency and architectural understanding of Angular.js.
