About the role
We are looking to hire a Multipurpose Administrator to become the operational engine of our office. The selected person will perform a hybrid role, directly supporting management and ensuring that commercial and quality processes function efficiently. Among their main functions are order processing, preparation of quotes, management of the billing cycle and the preparation and presentation of documentation for public tenders. Additionally, they will supervise internal procedures, optimize processes, and prepare sales reports, coordinating with the external social media agency. Occasionally, they will provide support in the warehouse for the preparation and delivery of orders, thereby guaranteeing excellent customer service.
What we're looking for
It is essential to have advanced knowledge of Excel and IT tools, as well as experience in managing delivery notes, orders, quotes, invoices, call centers, and ERP. Having a forklift license and the willingness to collaborate on warehouse tasks when necessary will be valued. Having completed higher vocational training in administration or similar within a period of less than three years will also be taken into account.
