Multiskilled Worker Temporary Full Time
Summary
Perform daily housekeeping, food prep, and meal service in a camp or healthcare setting, following health and safety guidelines in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, dishwashing and performing housekeeping duties.
As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:
- Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
- Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management.
About you:
- You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
- Previous experience in a hotel, healthcare or a camp setting is an asset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Position Requirments:
- Accepting applicants from Fort McMurray, Calgary and Edmonton area
- Contract: 3 months
- Shifts: 10hr/Day
- Rotation: 20 Days on/ 10 Days off
- This position requires you to lift between 25 to 50 pounds
