Compensation for NYC: 120000 - 195000 USD Gross per year based on your interview results. Responsibilities

• Expert level consultant will be the end-to-end lead for the Target Operating Model delivery - Lead end‑to‑end current‑state assessment across delivery, sustainment, and KTLO - Own and drive target operating model (TOM) design across delivery, release, and support - Define standardized processes, governance, and ITSM-aligned KTLO practices - Establish clear roles, responsibilities (RACI), and operating cadence across teams - Drive stakeholder alignment via workshops, reviews, and decision forums - Define KPI framework to measure delivery performance, quality, stability, and cost - Develop and own the implementation roadmap, timelines, and key milestones - Manage dependencies, risks, and cross‑team coordination to ensure delivery progress - Identify and drive improvements in tooling, automation, and release/deployment practices - Optimize operating model including sourcing strategy, cost (TCO), and team structure

SKILLS

Must have

• - Experience with Target Operating Models relevant to Murex - 12-15+ years of experience with substantial experience during this time with target operating models, work on system architecture and striong understanding of Murex - Experience with target model design, process design, governance, KPIs, and roadmap with relevance to Murex - Experience leading teams that may including experts in testing, environment management, developers, BAs etc.,
