M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. You will be responsible for:

  • providing support in annual corporate and business planning process with presentation materials preparation;
  • assisting information gathering and consolidation through communicating with different departments;
  • assisting in conducting business analysis and market research;
  • assisting in monitoring project budget spending, status tracking, preparation of monthly management reports and required materials;
  • assisting in the preparation of procurement and managing invoices settlement, creating and maintaining information and system records as well as keeping a proper filing of documentation;
  • providing a full range of team administration support including but not limited to meeting coordination, filing and documentation update, travel and training plan arrangements, etc;
  • supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor when required; and
  • performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by M+.

You should:

  • possess a recognised diploma or university degree or equivalent in any disciplines;
  • have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in providing support on data analysis, consolidation, market research, dashboard and presentation materials preparation;
  • possess relevant experience in administration and reporting works;
  • have good analytical skills in both numbers and information will be an advantage
  • be a team player with good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • be energetic, willing to learn and able to work as a team; and
  • be proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
