✏️ What to expect:
- Oversee and monitor school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum
- Keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
- Co-ordinate weekday and weekend tours (Physical/virtual) for school visits, regular or special requests.
- Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
- Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.
- Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.
✔️ Who we are looking for:
- Posseses minimum a Diploma in Arts management, education, art, history, or museum/gallery-related fields.
- Keen interest in Arts and Heritage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
