- Plan, design, and supervise all musical programs, performances, and concerts.
- Lead and inspire a team of music instructors to maintain artistic excellence and professionalism.
- Curate repertoire for recitals, ensemble performances, and student showcases.
- Oversee auditions, rehearsals, and concert preparation.
- Able to work both weekends
