MYK Laticrete - Assistant Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute Specification-Track project specification and conversion to mee the goals. in charge of all project sales and business development
2. Relationship- Build and maintain a relationship with architects, developers, contractors and key accounts & Govt bodies.
3. Compliance-Ensure compliance with specification & tenders in projects.
4. Promote MYK Laticrete solutions through technical presentations, site visits, and training programs
5. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support project execution and key accounts.
6. Maintain detailed reports on specifications, conversions, and engagement activities.
7. Act as a pilot for new innovations and products launched by MYKL, drive specifications, Approvals, and market rollout.
8. Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under MYKL.

Education Qualification: Any Graduate, preferable - BTech - Civil Eng/MBA - Marketing

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience Project Sales

Language: English

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Salesforce
