Join our infrastructure team as a Senior MySQL Database Administrator, where you\'ll play a key role in managing and optimizing mission‑critical database environments on Linux platforms. This is an opportunity to ensure high availability and performance in a dynamic, onsite data centre setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support MySQL databases on Linux platforms
- Perform routine maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of MySQL databases
- Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate on database capacity planning and monitoring
- Apply Linux system administration skills to support database operations
Must-have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MySQL database administration on Linux
- Hands‑on experience with MySQL database administration on Linux
- Strong understanding of optimization, tuning, and troubleshooting techniques for MySQL databases
- Proven hands‑on backup and restore capabilities for MySQL databases
- Familiarity with basic Linux system administration
