N420-EVSE Junior Project Manager

This is an entry-to-junior level project management role (Associate / Junior PjM) designed to support senior project managers in driving end-to-end project execution. Key responsibilities include tracking project milestones, facilitating cross-functional communication, managing documentation, and supporting manufacturing/NPI trial runs. We welcome ambitious fresh graduates or early-career professionals with backgrounds in engineering or management who possess strong logical thinking and proactive communication skills.

1.專案時程維護與進度追蹤 (Project Tracking & Schedule Coordination)
1.1 協助專案經理維護專案時程表，定期追蹤研發、測試、採購及工廠各端之工作項目進度。
1.2 彙整專案待辦事項與進度週報，即時提報潛在延遲風險。

2.跨部門溝通與會議推動 (Cross-Functional Alignment & Meeting Facilitation)
2.1 籌備並主持專案內部例會，跟進 Action Items 執行狀況。
2.2 協助跨單位（硬體、軟韌體、業務、供應鏈等）之日常溝通與資訊對焦。

3.專案文件與試產流程支援 (Documentation & NPI Support)
3.1維護專案進度、規格書、BOM 表異動紀錄及專案驗收相關文件。
3.2協調試產（EVT/DVT/PVT）樣品準備及測試排程，協助排除生產端突發狀況。
