N420-EVSE Product Manager

1. EVSE Product & Project Delivery:** Lead the end-to-end NPI (New Product Introduction) lifecycle for AC Level 2 and DC Fast Charging (Level 3) solutions, driving cross-functional alignment across hardware, firmware, QA, and manufacturing.
2. Infrastructure Rollout & Site Management:** Oversee charging infrastructure deployment workflows, including site assessment, multi-trade subcontractor direction, installation oversight, and field commissioning.
3. Scope, Schedule & P&L Governance:** Manage project milestones, cost breakdowns, and change orders to ensure delivery within schedule, scope, and profitability targets.
4. Market Intelligence & Regional BD Strategy:** Conduct competitive analysis and regulatory landscape studies across target regions; collaborate with regional BD teams to define product roadmaps and commercial proposals.
5. System Integration & Certification Support:** Coordinate with engineering and third-party partners to support OCPP/CPMS platform integrations and global compliance certifications (UL, CE, etc.).
