N420-EVSE Senior Project Manager

This is a senior-level project management position (Premier/Senior PjM) responsible for governing the end-to-end lifecycle of critical projects. The role focuses primarily on New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing ramp-up, leveraging structured project control methodologies to meet business goals across schedule, scope, budget, and quality. While prior EVSE background is not required, extensive project management expertise in hardware, system integration, or manufacturing environments is essential.

1.新產品導入與量產管理 (NPI & Manufacturing Governance)
1.1 Lead end-to-end NPI phases, coordinating cross-functional teams including RD, QA, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth mass production rollout.
1.2 Identify critical paths and milestone dependencies; eliminate delivery bottlenecks during prototyping, trial runs, and production ramp-up.

2.專案管控與風險管理 (Project Control & Risk Management)
2.1 Oversee project scope control, change management, milestone tracking, project budget, and overall cost governance.
2.2 Proactively identify project risks, formulate mitigation plans, and resolve cross-departmental conflicts and resource constraints.

3.協調與溝通 (Stakeholder Alignment & Global Collaboration)
3.1 Manage communications with partners and supply chain vendors; facilitate recurring project review meetings.
3.2 Establish project dashboards and deliver executive-level progress reports to align strategic decisions.

4.專案流程標準化與領導 (Process Improvement & Mentorship)
4.1 Define and refine standard project management operating procedures (SOPs); promote best practices using tools such as Jira and MS Project.
4.2 Mentor and coach team members to elevate organizational project delivery standards and execution capabilities.
