NA ESO Senior Project Manager
Job Description:
The main purpose of this role is to ensure excellent execution of the regional project pipeline (Implementation & Deployment), in line with the business strategy and following project management process.
The job holder acts as support to the Head of NA ESO Project Portfolio, driving the QuEST Process and enabling governance via S&OP+. Beyond this, the jobholder will be involved in driving critical department workstreams and takes ownership of continuous improvement initiatives within the region/ESO.

- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- Formal qualification or relevant experience in project management required
- Functional experience in a demand/supply chain function or project/process management
- High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility
- Good knowledge of MS 365 tools
What will be your key responsibilities?
Project Management of Regional Projects:
- Ensure adherence to principles, processes, and tools.
- Lead and deliver projects with excellence, following Best In Class (BIC) standards.
- Synchronize and lead cross functional and global/regional functions for effective activity delivery.
- Maintain and share an up-to-date overview of the regional project pipeline.
- Ensure timely delivery of KPIs and flag key risks.
- Lead post-project reviews and share learnings.
Support for S&OP+ Visibility and Governance:
- Drive activity input into feeder meetings and ensure adherence to principles.
- Provide market Stage Gate inputs on feasibility and risk management.
- Collaborate with S&OP+ feeder processes to ensure standardization.
Continuous Improvement and Team Development:
- Share and deploy good practices and support a learning culture.
- Lead improvement workstreams and participate in wider ESO Agenda & Team.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
