NA - Sales Regional Manager

General Description:


The Non-Alcoholic (NA) Sales Regional Manager leads and develops a team of sales and delivery personnel while overseeing the development, coordination, and growth of assigned non-alcoholic brands across all sales channels. This role is responsible for driving increased sales and net profits, managing day-to-day sales operations, supporting brand growth, and positioning L&F Distributors as a leader in the beverage industry. The NA Sales Regional Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, chain account managers, suppliers, and internal departments to enhance customer relationships, expand sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.


This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies, customer needs, and the NA beverage industry. The NA Sales Regional Manager will work with minimal supervision and is expected to establish procedures to ensure the smooth execution of tasks.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop sales and delivery personnel to achieve or exceed company standards.
  • Train staff to position themselves as experts in the beverage industry and help customers increase product sales.
  • Manage inventory to maintain consistent days on hand and create purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with financial operations on product pricing strategies, new item setups, and go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze the L&F portfolio to identify gaps and potential new item additions.
  • Drive brand success by actively supporting and communicating with sales teams and chain account managers.
  • Collaborate with assigned suppliers on sales incentives and market initiatives.
  • Develop strategies for product allocations across markets.
  • Track, monitor, and update the execution of programs for assigned suppliers.
  • Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding programs, product changes, and market updates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on product changes, program updates, and market developments.
  • Monitor sales goals and assist the team in meeting or exceeding them.
  • Conduct ride-along(s) with team members to evaluate performance and provide coaching.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and sales.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and use this expertise to support customers, suppliers, and sales teams.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, staff, and coworkers.
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure a clear understanding of goals, feedback, and expectations.
  • Complete and submit required sales, incentive, and program reports accurately and on time.
  • Participate in training, seminars, and classes as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
