Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Nail Artist. The ideal candidate must ensure excellent customer service and drive the shop’s performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional manicure, pedicure, nail art services to meet customer expectations
- Always keep workstation clean and sanitized tools plus overall cleanliness of the shop
- Follow up on customer’s appointment
- Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in nail salon, able to do some simple nail art
- With some manicure, pedicure product knowledge and tools usage
- Able to advise the latest nail care trends and techniques
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good time management skill
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
