Job Summary

Supervise and lead daily nail and beauty salon operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate staff duties, train junior therapists, maintain hygiene standards, and assist with inventory and salon management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nail and beauty salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Lead and coordinate nail and beauty therapists to optimize team performance and client care
• Allocate staff duties and create work schedules to meet operational demands efficiently
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction by evaluating client feedback and service standards
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships
• Train and coach junior staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team competency
• Ensure hygiene and salon standards are consistently maintained to comply with health regulations
• Assist with stock and inventory control to support uninterrupted salon operations
• Provide nail and beauty treatments as needed to support service delivery and client satisfaction
• Assist the Salon Manager with daily operations and staff management to achieve business goals
