Description
Our service engineers have a very essential role in Anton Paar to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. In this role, you will provide on-site services on Anton Paar products including machine maintenance, calibration, installation, repairs and trainings
This will be your responsibility:
- Providing technical support (e.g. troubleshooting, repair, maintenance or training to customers)
- Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenances and other technical services according to established procedures and standards
- Actively promote and sell service products to customers
- Performing pharma (re)qualifications for our instruments
- Positively collaborate with cross functional work teams (e.g. sales, application specialist, admin, HQ customer support etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks in our CRM system to process all customer support activities correctly (e.g. create RFQ, repair estimate, service report, service confirmations etc.)
- Take responsibility and properly manage your personal stock of service parts/tools
- Complete and maintain all necessary Anton Paar service training certifications for your assigned product lines
- Regular local business trips to customers (mainly in South Taiwan - position is home-based; May support in central/north if needed)
Your profile:
- Graduate in Engineering degree
- Two years experience in hardware support or repair work
- Experience for the scientific instrument business will be a plus
- Two or more years in customer facing role, exceptional customer service skills
- High technical and analytical problem solving skills
- Self-motivation and good organizational skills
- Good communication in English
- A valid drivers license
