【Work Scope】
◆Material on time/in full delivery management
◆Open orders management (no ETA& overdue PO)
◆D&S adjustment (Re-in/Re-out, and order cancellation) based on lasted production plan
◆Internal datasheets maintenance
◆Material-related communication with internal/external stakeholders
◆System operation(i.e. ERP, MES, …)
◆Organize Service demand readiness
◆Material shortage escalation
◆Inventory management
◆Internal datasheets maintenance
◆Material planning report development
◆Other material planning issues included but not limited to above

【Work Requirements】
◆Follow the latest production plan to manage material delivery, weekly monitor D&S stability and raise hand in time once unordinary situation happen
◆Seek for any chance to fulfill production/service demand (NG parts/worldwide stock/alternative/second tier support…etc)
◆Well communication with internal/external stakeholders to fulfill demand
◆Be sensitive for number when error happening
◆Pro-actively seeking out irregularities, investigate and report back the findings

【Other Skills】
◆Good English Communication Skill -- TOEIC 800+
◆Good at using Microsoft tools
◆Analytic tool competence will be plus
◆Team player with a pro-active attitude, flexible and highly committed
◆Experience/affinity with planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is preferred
◆Material planner/ Buyer experience will be plus
◆Able to work with international teams
◆Good communication and social skills to deal with different cultures and departments as cross-functional coordinator.
