【Work Scope】
◆Oversee daily production planning operations in the factory
◆Create material deliveries from the warehouse to the factory
◆Prepare documentation and invoices for module and system shipments
◆Coordinate material and product deliveries to other factories
◆Deliver materials to the factory based on production orders
◆Work closely with materials planners and the warehouse team
◆Ensure delivery requests are accurately created and monitored
◆Report and communicate issues to production planners for resolution
**With experience on VBA, SAP, Oracle, MES is a plus**

【Education and experience】
◆Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering and management preferred), or Business degree (Operations or Supply Chain Management)
◆2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
◆Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously under pressure and respond promptly to shifting priorities.
◆ERP systems knowledge
◆Production planning/Shipment control related

【Hard Skills】
◆Good at using Microsoft tools (Specially Excel)
◆SAP ERP
◆Access or other database plus
◆Visual basic is plus

◆Good English Communication Skill -- TOEIC 700+
