【Job Description】
◆Proactive in talent mapping and talent sourcing majorly in Engineering and Manufacturing field via diverse sourcing channels.
◆Attract potential candidates and conduct quality of hire by strategically screening, manage structuralized selection process.
◆Keep a pulse on the labor market specifically in semiconductor field to provide market intelligence and build trustful relationship with key stakeholders.
◆Support recruitment activities and programs, such as Campus Job Fair, Internship Program, etc.
◆Ensure data integrity in application tracking system and provide recommendation on improvement action plans.

【Experience】
◆2 years solid recruitment experience in multinational companies, Hi-Tech would be preferred
◆Proven track record in hiring diversified and skilled workforce of around 70~100 vacancies a year
◆Experience in a fast growing and dynamic organization is essential

【Skills】
◆Strong business acumen, preferably knowledge in semiconductor industry
◆Strong sourcing skill and phone screening experience, the related experience in Consulting Firm or Hi-Tech/ MNC would be a big plus
◆Experience in using Application Tracking System and have good data analytics skills
◆Strong influencing power, interpersonal & communication skills to be connected with the people & deliver message in a clear & logical way
◆Chinese speaking is essential, excellent command in English
