Responsibilities:

• Proactive in talent mapping and talent sourcing majorly in Engineering and Manufacturing field via diverse sourcing channels.
• Attract potential candidates and conduct quality of hire by strategically screening, manage structuralized selection process.
• Keep a pulse on the labor market specifically in semiconductor field to provide market intelligence and build trustful relationship with key stakeholders.
• Support recruitment activities and programs, such as Campus Job Fair, Internship Program, etc.
• Ensure data integrity in application tracking system and provide recommendation on improvement action plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree above, human resource related background is a plus;
• 2 years solid recruitment experience in multinational companies, Hi-Tech or Headhunting would be preferred;
• Experience in a fast growing and dynamic organization is essential;
• Strong influencing power, interpersonal & communication skills to be connected with the people & deliver message in a clear & logical way;
• Fluent in English communication skill.
