Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and craft a variety of sushi dishes (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.)
- Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Contribute to the overall quality, taste, and presentation of the dishes
Required Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a sushi chef
- Formal training in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, precision, and speed
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Candidates residing in the central region will be given priority
