We are seeking an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida to join our dynamic and collaborative team. While a substantial portion of our practice involves representing community associations, we are also looking for an attorney interested in building a sophisticated practice in corporate, business, and commercial real estate law.
Experience in community association law is welcome but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong legal skills, initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to client service.
This position provides exposure to a broad range of matters, including:

• Community association/ county club representation and governance
• Corporate and business transactions
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial leasing
• Real estate financing and development matters
• General business counseling
