NAR in Training

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Attend and complete required CNA/NAR training classes
• Follow all infection control and safety guidelines

Required:

• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in NAR/CNA training program
• Ability to pass background study
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for geriatric population

Preferred:

• Previous caregiving, hospitality, or healthcare experience
