Job Overview

Fusebox Games is looking for a Narrative Production Manager to join us in supporting the delivery of our interactive stories across iconic reality TV IP and exciting new worlds.

This role sits at the heart of the Narrative team, ensuring seasons, writers’ rooms, reviews, playtesting, onboarding and cross-team collaboration run smoothly and efficiently. Alongside its core production responsibilities, the role will have direct people-management responsibility for a designated group of Narrative team members, providing guidance, feedback and support to help them thrive and deliver high-quality work.

You’ll play a key role in helping creative teams deliver engaging interactive storytelling at scale. You’ll support workflows, coordinate production, manage resources, improve processes and help remove blockers so our writers and leads can focus on creating drama, romance, tension and those all-important cliff-hangers that keep players coming back for more.

Working closely with the Head of Narrative and Narrative Leads, you’ll help maintain a collaborative, organised and supportive environment across the department, balancing production delivery with the development and wellbeing of the team.
