Excellent Communication skills and exposure to client facing Roles. Open to work in different US time zones.
Complete knowledge of Agile methodology, Agile Framework, SDLC, Testing.
Knows Project Management well. Worked on roles/responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Stakeholder Management, Estimation, RACI.
Knows or have hands on expertise with testing: UAT, Regression, Unit testing, creating/executing test cases
Have faced US Client base over the years and handled situations/scenarios will be an advantage
Strong Stakeholder management skills [Internal/ External]
Hands on experience in creating FRDs, BRDs and Acceptance criteria will be an advantage
Candidate with Solution Design thinking for a given technical requirement is preferred.
Expertise with SQL Plus.
