Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, soak, and spike tests using LoadRunner. Analyze performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. Build and maintain reusable performance test frameworks and scripts. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, throughput, error rate, and resource utilization. Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance validation. Monitor application and infrastructure metrics using APM tools like Dynatrace One Agent, AppDynamics and Splunk for log analysis. Generating and analyzing Thread and Memory dumps. Create Splunk dashboards and queries (SPL) to correlate logs with performance results. Need to have experience in enhancing and debugging scripts by employing Manual Correlations, Parameterization techniques, LR/Protocol specific functions, C Control structures. Configure Dynatrace monitors, APM traces, and dashboards to identify performance degradation. Leverage AWS services (CloudWatch, EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, ELB) to gather and analyze infrastructure metrics during load tests. Identify infrastructure bottlenecks at the cloud layer and recommend optimizations. Produce detailed performance test reports with root cause analysis and recommendations. Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices. Required Skills & Qualification Skills: LoadRunner 7+ years scripting with VuGen, Controller, Analysis Splunk Dashboards, SPL queries, log correlation Dynatrace APM, infrastructure metrics, monitors & alerts AWS CloudWatch metrics, EC2, RDS, ECS, Lambda, ALB/ELB Scripting Python, Shell, or Groovy for test automation Protocols HTTP/S, REST, SOAP, WebSockets, JDBC CI/CD Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions integration Version Control Git Good to Have Experience with Gatling or k6 as additional performance tools Experience with JMeter test plan design, distributed testing, plugins Knowledge of Grafana and Prometheus for metrics visualization Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments Understanding of chaos engineering principles Experience with distributed tracing (Jaeger, Zipkin, Datadog APM) ISTQB Performance Testing certification or equivalent ##LI-DNI
