The National Account Manager identifies new opportunities, builds relationships with key decision-makers, works with distributors and channel partners, and leads opportunities from initial introduction through product approval, adoption, and ongoing account growth.

What You'll Do

· Build relationships with purchasing, construction, operations, technical, and other key decision-makers.

· Develop and execute account strategies that move opportunities from initial conversation through product evaluation, approval, and adoption.

· Grow existing accounts by expanding into additional markets, divisions, products, and applications.

· Work closely with distributors to support builder programs and product availability.

· Partner with R&D, Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to develop solutions that meet customer needs.

· Understand customers’ technical requirements and communicate a compelling product value proposition.

· Monitor market trends, competitive products, pricing, and new opportunities.

· Lead presentations, proposals, negotiations, and other activities throughout the sales cycle.

· Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, account activity, and forecasts within the CRM.

· Travel to customer meetings, job sites, distributor locations, industry events, and company facilities as needed.
