National Air Logistics Perishables Manager

We are looking for a National Air Logistics Perishables Manager to lead and develop our Air Logistics Perishables business at a national level. This position will focus on ensuring operational excellence, driving sustainable business growth, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high service quality standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing national perishables operations, strengthening commercial relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing team. You will play a key role in developing competitive logistics solutions while ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of financial objectives.

How you create impact

• Lead and oversee national Air Logistics Perishables operations, ensuring compliance with operational standards, service quality, efficiency, and specific requirements for temperature sensitive cargo.

• Drive business growth and profitability by identifying new commercial opportunities, developing competitive logistics solutions, and achieving established P&L, productivity, and financial targets.

• Negotiate competitive airfreight rates and special export conditions with airlines and strategic suppliers, while supporting commercial teams with pricing, proposals, and tender opportunities.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, airlines, terminals, and strategic partners, ensuring service excellence and effective resolution of operational challenges.

• Lead and develop the national Air Logistics Perishables team, monitoring operational, commercial, and financial KPIs while promoting continuous improvement and a high performance culture.

What we would like you to bring

• Extensive experience in Air Logistics operations, preferably specializing in perishables and temperature-sensitive cargo.

• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams, driving performance, and ensuring service excellence.

• Strong commercial acumen, including airfreight rate negotiations, business development, and strategic customer relationship management.

• Solid understanding of financial performance management, including P&L, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.

• Advanced English proficiency, combined with strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skill
