This role functions as a high-impact national asset, deployed to drive growth, be a brand ambassador, elevate field performance, and ensure consistency in physician engagement, sales, and business development strategies across all markets. Can live within any market that there are clinics present.
Extensive travel (up to 75%) to support multiple markets nationwide, including short notice and priority deployments to under-performing or newly launched territories; must maintain minimum personal auto insurance coverage of $100/$300/$50k.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a national brand ambassador, representing the organization at key industry events, conferences, and community engagements to elevate awareness and drive referral growth.
• Identify, coordinate, and execute participation in specialty specific conferences (e.g., podiatry, gynecology, vascular, primary care), ensuring strong organizational presence and strategic alignment with growth initiatives such as venous and arterial/OBL services.
• Lead logistics and execution of conference participation, including booth coordination, marketing material distribution, provider outreach, and post event follow-up strategies.
• Proactively seek and establish opportunities for community engagement, including health fairs, educational events, and local networking opportunities to expand referral networks.
• Build relationships with high value providers and thought leaders at regional and national events to strengthen long term referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing and Business Development teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, coverage and promotion of key service lines across all external engagements.
• Track and report on event ROI, including new provider relationships, referral opportunities, and market intelligence
• Utilize reports and CRM to have a complete understanding of team metrics.
Secure/maintain extended knowledge of territory and referring physicians to ensure ability to back up liaisons as they are out or there is not a liaison currently assigned to area.
• Nurture referral relationship funnel/sales cycle of other liaisons.
• Assist in onboarding, training and coaching Physician Liaisons, as needed.
• Partner with Business Development Director, Senior PLs and trainers to implement, and support training program for Physician Liaisons in assigned areas.
• Support Region/Seniors in reaching/exceeding growth goals, by driving and supporting numbers in low performing areas.
• Create transparent and clear communication with Seniors, Directors and Liaisons. Monitor, investigate and report market and competitor information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in relevant Referral Development/Sales with demonstrated success in healthcare.
• Proven ability to utilize market data and field intelligence to uncover and capitalize on new market opportunities and achieve sustained referral growth by navigating the referral relationship funnel/sales cycle.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including political, economic, and competitive market factors. Proven track record of success in customer service, sales, or referral development and demonstrated desire to grow and assume greater responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff to meet business objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to reach decisions, take appropriate action, and follow through to progress the team.
• Ability to both lead and actively participate as a member of a team to achieve common goals. Must be able to work closely with peers, operations, and other key team members to determine best practices and implement new strategies and workflows
Ability to think creatively and perform quickly. Problem-solving attitude is important. Actively demonstrate commitment to excellent service to all customers, both internal and external.

• Must assure discreet and confidential handling of all business information and understand regulatory guidelines.
• Must show proof of (and maintain) minimum personal auto insurance coverage of $100,000 for bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 for bodily injury liability per accident, and $50,000 for property damage liability.
• Highly dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
Total compensation is based on experience and may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay.
