What We NeedCorpay is seeking a National Sales Consultant to join our Corporate Lodging division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by targeting organizations with significant workforce, field, project, or long-term travel needs. The role will seek to maximise the opportunity presented by recent product expansions meaning lodging solutions can now be provided globally to US based companies. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a background in complex B2B solution selling, particularly within travel, hospitality, or workforce lodging programs. You should be skilled at navigating long sales cycles, building relationships across multiple decision-makers, and consultatively selling value-based solutions that streamline travel management and lodging spend for clients. This is a transactional product; your success will be measured on the output of the account as well as the acquisition. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and account management teams to develop strategic go-to-market plans, and you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales in Corpay Lodging Global. This is an opportunity to be in at ground level on a new US department in Corpay whose leadership is based in Europe where the processes and product behind Corpay Lodging Global are proven.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new accounts within industries that rely on large-scale workforce and project-based travel.
Develop multi-level relationships with executive stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, and Travel Management).
Strategically self-source opportunities, leveraging research tools, referrals, and executive-level outreach.
Consult with prospective clients to analyze travel and lodging spend, identify inefficiencies, and deliver tailored solutions.
Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding transition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, implementation, and marketing to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management through Salesforce.com, ensuring activity, KPIs, and revenue goals are tracked and met.
Represent Corpay at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance standards.
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, workforce solutions, fintech, or SaaS.
Proven success selling complex, multi-location, or multi-stakeholder solutions at the executive level.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships and execute strategic account plans.
Strong consultative and financial selling skills – able to quantify ROI and communicate value to senior leaders.
Self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales targets in a remote, independent environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including C-suite engagement.
Advanced research and prospecting skills using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.com.
Skilled in navigating long and complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment a plus.
Proven network of contacts in key industries such as retail, construction, engineering, logistics or consultancy is an advantage.
This salary range is provided for locations which require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range varies depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Estimated salary is $70,000-80,000 plus a competitive commission plan
