National Sales Leader - AV/SI Channels
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a National Sales Leader - AV/SI Channels based in the United States.
This senior commercial leadership role will shape and execute the AV and Systems Integrator channel strategy across North America.
You will lead a team focused on partner growth, pipeline development, and sustainable revenue expansion across audio and video collaboration solutions.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on relationship management across Systems Integrators, AV integrators, distributors, and technology partners.
You will build executive-level partnerships and establish multi-year business plans that align partner priorities with broader commercial objectives.
Working across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Alliances, Product, and Partner teams, you will strengthen go-to-market execution and unlock new opportunities.
The position offers significant influence over channel investments, partner programs, forecasting, and market development in a dynamic technology environment.
Success will require a commercially driven leader who can translate market opportunities into measurable growth and long-term partner value.
Accountabilities

Define and execute the North American AV/SI channel strategy, including partner segmentation, market coverage, investment priorities, and growth plans.

Lead, coach, and develop the AV/SI channel team through clear objectives, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and development plans.

Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic Systems Integrators and establish multi-year joint business plans focused on shared growth.

Own channel revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance while establishing disciplined business planning and performance management practices.

Develop scalable partner programs supporting demand generation, opportunity creation, enablement, conversion, account expansion, and long-term partner growth.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Alliances, Product, and Partner teams to strengthen go-to-market execution and remove barriers to growth.

Represent the organization in strategic partner meetings, customer engagements, executive forums, and relevant industry events.

Provide senior leadership with actionable insights into market trends, competitive dynamics, partner performance, and emerging channel opportunities.

Identify opportunities to expand market reach, strengthen partner economics, and create sustainable commercial outcomes across the AV/SI ecosystem.

10+ years of progressive experience in channel sales, sales leadership, AV integration, Unified Communications, collaboration technologies, strategic partnerships, or a related technology sector.

Demonstrated experience leading indirect sales organizations and managing strategic relationships with Systems Integrators, AV integrators, distributors, or technology partners.

Strong understanding of Pro AV, Unified Communications, conferencing, collaboration technologies, indirect sales models, and partner economics.

Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year business plans while managing revenue, pipeline, forecasting, and partner performance.

Strong commercial judgment and the ability to use market and business insights to prioritize investments and identify growth opportunities.

Excellent executive-level communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Ability to build trust and alignment across internal functions and external partner organizations within a matrixed and evolving environment.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching teams, establishing accountability, and motivating people toward shared commercial goals.

Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance long-term channel development with disciplined execution.

Comfortable representing the organization with senior partners, customers, industry stakeholders, and executive audiences.

Anticipated total target compensation of $175,000–$220,000 annually, consisting of base salary plus commission.

Compensation determined based on geographic location, role scope, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
