National Sea Logistics Trade Lane Manager
Role Purpose
• Drive above‑market growth by developing business opportunities across E‑commerce, Consumer Electronics…EV. Deliver trade multiplier value to fuel the Prepaid Battle Plan’s 2030 growth ambition.
• Leverage deep industry and supply‑chain expertise to design winning solutions and unlock above‑market growth across diverse regions for customers, sales teams and the KN trade network.
Your Role
• Strategically plan of product development to support business growths.
• Able to provide market insights and being creative to improve sales approach.
• Close deals on tough situation and drive business implementation though solid plan.
Your Responsibilities
• Through overall engagements with all key stakeholders to deliver highest level of customer experience at all times with clear focus on customer service, profit maximization + retention
• Customer performance monitor
• Drive product design through connecting overall allocation/pricing demands with different trades
• Escalation point for China controlled business
• Oversee and manage the planning and alignment of the RFQ target account list with main stakeholders
• Provide market intelligence to support business decision and development
• Support NA/VS with customer meeting/joint sales calls
• Provide solution design, value proposition, tailor made solutions to customers when required
• Provide training if necessary Your Skills and Experiences
• To succeed in this role the person has to be pro-active and able to anticipate multiples scenarios, able to work under pressure and get results in complex situations, able to multi-task without losing focus, having ownership and attitude towards problems, good communicator and easy to establish relationship and be experience with customer negotiations, pricing and able to close deals.
• Can build strong relationship with key stakeholders and influence others to achieve mutual goals.
