Red Ember Recruitment is seeking a National Warehouse Distribution Manager for our client in Johannesburg. The
National Warehouse Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing and
optimising the distribution network of the company on a national scale. The role involves enhancing efficiency by regulating warehouse and store operations,
strategic planning, logistics coordination, performance monitoring and ensuring
responsible oversight of stock management.
Requirements
8–10 years' minimum experience in warehouse and distribution management.
At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role overseeing multiple warehouse locations.
Proven experience managing national warehouse and distribution operations.
Strong experience in inventory management, logistics, and fleet management.
Demonstrated experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and service providers.
Experience managing large operational teams and multiple sites.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
