Native-Level English Montessori Teacher／蒙特梭利英語教師

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and professional English teacher with native-level English proficiency and a strong interest in Montessori education to join our teaching team.

This position is not just about teaching English as a subject. We are looking for an educator who can create a natural, meaningful, and engaging English learning environment where children can truly use English to explore, communicate, and grow with confidence.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Teach English lessons for young children and/or elementary-aged students based on their age, level, and learning needs.
2. Use native-level English to guide classroom activities and create a stable, natural English-speaking environment.
3. Integrate Montessori principles into English learning through daily life activities, sensory exploration, language work, stories, art, culture, and project-based learning.
4. Follow the school’s curriculum framework and deliver theme-based English lessons, storybook activities, Phonics, speaking practice, cultural exploration, art projects, and hands-on learning activities.
5. Observe students’ learning progress and assist with documenting their development, classroom performance, and areas that need support.
6. Work closely with local teachers, foreign teachers, and the administrative team to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere and high teaching quality.
7. Participate in teaching meetings, curriculum discussions, school events, and professional training when needed.
8. Support the school in building a more complete and international English learning environment.
9. Participate in Montessori-related training or professional development arranged by the school.

Requirements:

1. Native Speaker or native-level English proficiency is required.
2. Open to all nationalities, including Taiwanese and foreign applicants.
3. Montessori certification is highly preferred.
4. Applicants without Montessori certification must be willing to learn and participate in school-supported Montessori training.
5. Experience in preschool, daycare, children’s English education, elementary ESL, international schools, or bilingual education is preferred.
6. Must enjoy working with children and demonstrate patience, stability, and strong communication skills.
7. Able to interact with children naturally in English, beyond textbook-based teaching.
8. Experience in curriculum design, activity planning, storytelling, art, or cultural teaching is a plus.
9. Willing to commit to long-term educational development and grow with the school.

此職位不只是一般英文教學，而是希望透過自然、穩定且高品質的英文環境，陪伴幼兒及兒童在生活、探索、故事、藝術、文化與專案活動中，真正建立使用英文的能力。

工作內容：

1. 負責幼兒／兒童英語課程教學，依學生年齡與程度設計適合的英文活動。
2. 以 Native-level English 進行課堂引導，營造自然的英語學習環境。
3. 結合蒙特梭利精神，透過日常生活、感官探索、語言活動、繪本、藝術、文化及主題課程帶領孩子學習。
4. 配合學校課程架構，執行 Phonics、口語表達、故事引導、文化探索、藝術創作及專案式學習。
5. 觀察並記錄孩子的學習狀況，與中師、外師及行政團隊合作，維持良好班級秩序與教學品質。
6. 參與教學會議、課程討論、校內活動及必要之專業培訓。

條件需求：

1. 英文需達 Native Speaker 或 Native-level English 程度。
2. 國籍不限，台灣籍或外籍皆可。
3. 具蒙特梭利相關證照者優先考慮。
4. 若尚未具備蒙特梭利證照，需認同蒙特梭利教育理念，並願意配合學校進修與培訓。
5. 具幼兒園、托嬰中心、兒童美語、國小 ESL、國際學校或雙語教育經驗者佳。
6. 喜歡孩子，具耐心、穩定度、責任感與良好溝通能力。
