Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit NATIVE SPANISH-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal (close to Sete Rios station).
You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Saturday (rotating schedule), 07:00–22:00, giving you your Sunday free and an extra rotating day off per week.
Start dates: 16/Nov, 23/Nov (mandatory)
Location: close to Sete Rios station, Lisbon
Working hours:
- full-time: 40h week (9h shifts: 8h + 1h for break); 5 days a week;
- 2 days off per week: Sunday (fixed) + 1 extra day off (rotating)
- rotating shifts: from Monday to Saturday; between 7 AM and 10 PM
Your Role
- Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance
- Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
- Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services
- Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems
- Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience
- Meet established service and quality standards
Your Qualifications:
- Native/C2 Spanish (mandatory)
- English B2/C1 or above (mandatory)
- Previous customer support experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
- Must be able to start at one of the following dates: 16/Nov, 23/Nov (mandatory)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
- Good computer literacy
The Offer:
- Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal
- Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)
- Location: Lisbon, close to Sete Rios station (100% on-site)
- Base salary (before taxes): 1,050 € per month x 14; or 1,225 € x 12
- Language Bonus (fixed): 100 € per month
- Performance Bonus (variable): up to 100 €
- Meal allowance (net value in a prepaid meal card): 7 € per working day (approximately 154 € per month)
