Job Purpose

• The Natural Health Consultant/Supplement Specialist at Good Earth Markets is responsible for providing expert guidance on wellness education, particularly in the areas of vitamins, minerals, herbal, and sports nutrition supplementation. This role is crucial in enhancing customer experience by assisting individuals in selecting appropriate wellness products to address their health concerns and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage extensive knowledge in herbology, supplements, holistic health care, and sports nutrition to assist customers in making informed decisions about wellness products.

• Apply expertise in herbs and natural supplements to promote healing and enhance the quality of life for customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find store products that align with their health needs.

• Organize, clean, and maintain backstock of wellness products, ensuring an orderly and efficient stockroom.

• Clean, stock, face, organize, and replenish shelves in the wellness department to ensure a neat and inviting shopping environment.

• Perform janitorial tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming store atmosphere.

• Utilize retail experience to enhance customer interactions and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
