NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Natural Resources of NAVAL STATION. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.

You will serve as the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) on contract to ensure preparation of technically adequate, timely and cost-effective planning products.

You will manage complex contracts for natural resources management.

You will determine whether work should be performed inhouse or contracted and ensure contractor schedules are integrated with program requirements.

You will provide natural resources management consultation services, professional guidance and general assistance.

You will prepare and present briefs to senior-level officials in federal, state and local government as well as the public, on a routine basis.
