Natural Resources Management Specialist

About the Position: This position is with the Department of Public Works located at Yakima, WA.
Develop Organizations Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan and associated annual work plans.
Develop the Environmental Awareness Program designed to inform personnel on the need to protect the environment and how to minimize damage to the lands.
Implement programs to monitor the condition of natural resources to include soils, vegetative communities, climatic conditions and surface or ground water quality.
Prepare and review environmental documentation and permits for activities such as construction and training exercises to assess the impact on the installation and the mission.
