• Navigatorは、QVCジャパンをサポートし、QVCJPの番組にショープレゼンターとして出演し、お客様に分かりやすく、親しみやすい方法で商品をご紹介します。さらに、エンターテイメント性も発揮し、お客様のエンゲージメントを高め、売上目標達成に貢献します。

勤務場所

• このポジションはオンサイトであり、毎日QVCジャパン幕張本社で勤務する必要があります。

仕事内容

• QVCの番組に出演し、お客様に親しみやすくわかりやすい方法で商品を紹介する。

• お客様の嗜好に合わせたストーリーをゲストから引き出す役割を果たす。
• 顧客視点に基づいてパフォーマンスを追求し、QVCが魅力的な番組を提供できるよう努める。
• ベンダーミーティングで商品情報を入手するために、勤務日を有効に活用する。
• 会社の販売戦略を理解し、それを顧客に伝える。
• コンプライアンスに関する知識を持ち、オンエアで不適切な発言がないよう十分注意する。
• 最高のパフォーマンスを発揮するために自己管理を行う（例：健康管理、衣装の準備・管理、ネイルケアなど）

応募資格

• 正しい日本語で適切に発音できる能力
• 番組内での表現力
• MS Outlook、Word、Excelの基本的な操作スキル
• 販売スキル
• 簡単な事務作業の能力
• 放送業界での実務経験があると望まし
