You will serve as a NAVY RESERVE PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the DEPARTMENT OF RESERVE AFFAIRS (N00R/N14) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

You will ensure reserve units and personnel are fully trained and qualified for their mobilization mission.

You will monitor unit and individual readiness.

You will process personnel evaluations/fitness reports, awards and other administrative correspondence for Reserve unit personnel.

You will be responsible for the manning, funding approval, and training readiness of supporting Reserve personnel and Cargo Afloat Rig Team units.

You will manage and monitor the Qualification/Certification program for Naval Reservist and Cargo Afloat Rig Team personnel to include development and monitoring of mobilization plans and unique Reserve training plans.

You will provide continued management, design, development, maintenance, and refinement of existing informational web pages, databases and develop new databases to meet the existing and emerging information reporting needs of a Reserve program.
