NC PROCESS ENGINEER

This role is pivotal in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate across departments and to work in a fast -paced environment. Prior manufacturing experience in wood working, cabinet or furniture finishing highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard works and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to ensure product specifications are met.
• Conduct root cause analyses and resolve production issues effectively.
• Implement and monitor systems for process control and quality assurance.
• Lead or support projects related to process automation and process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Required to work in the production area and office environment.
• May be required to wear respirator.
• Other duties as required.

Salary commensurate with experience.
