CEXEC Inc is looking for a NC3 Policy Officer to join an expanding team supporting our customer of over 20 years on site in the Pentagon (Arlington, VA). This position requires regular interaction with senior-level staff and external organizations in accordance with customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Leads and directs NC3 policy activities in support of the customer priorities for the sustainment and modernization of operational requirements.
• Oversees the policies of system and capability activities from development through implementation.
• Represents and assists the customer in overall planning, direction and management of NC3 policy requirements.
• Ensures policies comply with all DoD, and regulatory policy
• NC2/NC3 operations experience
• E-4B/NAOC experience
• E-6B experience

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI
• Knowledge of NC2/NC3 Policy development/staffing/coordination processes
• 3 years' experience supporting senior-level staff (combatant command, service HQ, Joint Staff, component command etc.) preferred
• Bachelor's degree (or 5 years' experience)
• Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
• Ability to function independently and utilize problem solving abilities

Education

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Travel

• 5-10% (negligible)

Salary at CEXEC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000.
