ATI Millersburg is seeking an experienced NDT Manager to join our team. The NDT Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for all NDT programs, personnel, certification processes, and compliance activities across UT, RT and PT. This role manages the administrative NDT team, ensures world‑class operational performance, and drives continuous improvement in testing reliability and quality.

Primary Responsibilities
The NDT Manager will:
• Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to administrative NDT personnel on inspection of mill shapes and final components.
• Foster a high‑performance culture by setting clear expectations, coaching team members, conducting performance evaluations, and building strong technical capability across UT, RT, and PT disciplines.
• Ensure testing operations fully comply with customer, industry, and government specifications and standards.
• Manage the administration and oversight of all NDT training, examination, and certification programs; maintain competency matrices and individual development plans for Level I, Level II, and Level III staff.
• Drive workforce planning for the NDT organization, including staffing, skill development, scheduling, and succession planning.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and problem‑solving across NDT, operations, quality, engineering, and customer-facing groups.
• Engage with support functions to ensure timely completion of calibration, maintenance, reliability, and system improvement activities on NDT instrumentation and equipment.
• Own documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of NDT processes, driving consistency, efficiency, and testing accuracy.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, accountability, and communication.
