1.Lead site EHS and PSM management to ensure compliance with company standards
and regulatory requirements.
2.Develop and drive EHS strategies, programs, and continuous improvement
initiatives.
3.Promote process safety, risk management, and operational excellence across the
site.
4.Oversee EHS training, audits, emergency response programs, and ISO 14001
management systems.
5.Lead and develop the EHS team while fostering a strong Zero Harm safety culture.
6.Manage EHS budgets and maintain effective relationships with authorities and
external stakeholders.
7.Provide EHS guidance and support to local and regional business operations.
