Need images recreated

Hello. I have three images that I need recreated. I need them to be vector files- that will be approximately 13" tall and no more than 12" wide. There will be two "front" images, and one "back" image. There are some changes on the examples that I have. For the front images: One will contain the flutes and symbols, one will contain the clarinets. the only change that I need is instead of "the farewell tour" I'd like it to say "Louisville Leopards".
