Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Business Support Contractor to support sales operations, customer engagement, pricing management, supply chain coordination, and business analysis within the semiconductor industry. This role will work closely with customers, distributors, contract manufacturers, and internal teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams and serve as a key contact between customers, distributors, CMs, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage pricing updates, quotations, contracts, and approval follow-ups.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and data analysis using Excel and business systems.
• Monitor orders, inventory, backlog, and distributor activities.
• Coordinate PCN/PTN notifications, Failure Analysis requests, and NDA administration.
• Manage sample shipments and customer documentation requests.
• Follow up on meeting action items and customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Gather market intelligence and provide business insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in sales operations, customer service, business support, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
